Navigating environmental regulatory frameworks requires bridging ground-level field operations with strict statutory guidelines. As Project Director, I served as the primary liaison with federal, state, and municipal agencies to ensure operational compliance with NEPA and Clean Water Act standards. Beyond managing the full lifecycle of ecological restoration grants, I directed diverse field crews—including AmeriCorps personnel—in executing physical mitigation projects.
